“The Hot Beat” wasn’t hot enough

I’ve changed the name of the blog, to something more informative that calls less attention to itself.

The blog is not merely about Linn County government, because, after all, who could bear that? Not me. We’ll talk about crime, culture, news from city hall and whatever else comes to mind.

I’ll do a better job of posting consistently. Let’s see if we can do some good journalism.
