Democrats plan ‘Victory 2010’ party after Biden speech

The Iowa Democratic Party’s will debut a new event, a Victory 2010 party, after its annual Jefferson Jackson Dinner featuring Vice President Joe Biden Nov. 21.

The Victory 2010 after-party will be less formal get-together of Iowa Democrats than the JJ Dinner, traditionally the largest annual gathering of Iowa Democrats. It will be at 9 p.m. at Hy-Vee Hall at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines.

Tickets and event information can be found at www.iowademocrats.org or (515) 244-7292. Tickets for the Victory 2010 after-party event are included with dinner tickets, but are also available separately.  Biden is not scheduled to attend the Victory 2010 event.
