Iowa RB Adam Robinson was recruited by Iowa State, but the Cyclones lost his phone number when Dan McCarney resigned and Gene Chizik was hired. The Des Moines native waited and it all worked out in the end. Robinson got a grayshirt offer to his first choice, Iowa, and ended up with a full fall offer before he enrolled.

He came up through the ranks in Des Moines kid football and found his way to a scholarship with the help of his prep coach, Des Moines Lincoln’s Tom Mihalovic.

This is what Robinson has wanted since Des Moines pee wee — to start at RB for the University of Iowa.

    Hey, Marc,
Who was the doofus that asked about the environment at Jack Trice stadium at the end?
