Area Governments Salary Database

The area governments salary database contains salary information about more than 3,000 county and city employees within Linn and Johnson Counties. The database contains information about gross wages paid to employees in fiscal year 2007 (which ended June 30, 2007) and projected fiscal year 2008 salaries.

Groups included in this database include: Cedar Rapids, Marion, Linn County, Johnson County, Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty. The database can be searched by name, title, department and county. Hire dates are also available.

The database is based on electronic information collected by The Gazette from county and city governments. Additional data will be added to the database as it is received.

Search tips

Listings are searchable by last name, department or county of employment. When searching by last name, your search will return records for all employees whose last names contain your search term (i.e., “Smith” would return John Smith as well as John Smith-Jones). Any field can be left blank to search everything within that category.
